the blog

I started the blog in 2026 as a creative outlet and a way of better understanding my personal finance experience in support of my coaching clients. Since sharing it with a few friends and family, I realized that the blog could help others process their personal finance story as well. I hope you take a look and leave a comment or question for me! The blog is a great way to start engaging with personal finance content if you don't know where to start.

group coaching

I started group coaching in 2023 with a group of my close friends from grad school. Our group met off and on for over a year and our conversations ranged from the high-level concepts to specifics around best ways to pay off student loan debt.

I am currently coaching my second cohort and we are having a blast! If you have a group of 2-4 friends that you would like to pull together for group calls please let me know! I'd love to see how I can support. The feedback I often get is that these conversations are fun, bring clarity, and meant to be low pressure.

1:1 coaching

1:1 coaching is for select individuals who are ready to get deeper into their money beliefs, solve existing road blocks in their personal finance lives, and ultimately, build the confidence to make any and every financial decision in line with their values, goals, and priorities. If you think you are a good fit for 1:1 coaching, please book a free 1:1 with me and we can talk more about what this offering includes.

Group and 1:1 coaching are similar in that we cover personal finance topics that are tailored specifically for you. While we cover personal finance topics as a cohort in group coaching, we can dig a lot deeper into your specific situation in 1:1 coaching. Both offerings include 4-6 sessions, prep work, and asynchronous support.

1:1 coaching consists of 4-6 sessions, including prep work, and asynchronous support between meetings. If you are interested in deeper, and uniquely-tailored support, book a 1:1 consultation with Sarah to better understand the cost and if this is the right offering for you.
